Anton was born in the coastal town of Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa in 1977. He was introduced to hunting at the tender age of 6 when he accompanied his father into the wilds of Africa.
It was therefore no surprise to all who knew him when he decided on Professional Hunting as a career path. Anton has a passion for conservation and all things wild and free, He is enthusiastic about the bush and all the magic and excitement it has to offer.

He loves every aspect of nature from stalking grumpy old Buffalo Bulls to following the chattering calls of a Greater Honey Guide in anticipation of sharing the spoils with this persistent little bird.
