TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All License fees subject to change
  • Bookings will be secured on payment of 50% of the total daily rate.
  • Balance of daily rate, concession fee, safari license, charter and dip/pack/crate payable at the end of the safari.
  • Trophy fees are payable on completion of your safari
  • Trophy charges are applicable to animals killed or wounded and lost. Any blood drawn will be counted as a wounded or lost animal
  • All payments must be made via direct bank transfer or Cash
  • All prices are subject to change, should the Government alter any rates towards the safari company
  • Charter flight prices are subject to change due to fluctuating fuel prices
  • All deposits will not be refunded unless the safari can be rebooked.
  • You will be required to sign an indemnity form before the commencement of the safari.

THE DAILY RATE INCLUDES:

• A representative to meet you at Kenneth Kaunda International (Lusaka) airport and assist you through customs for arrival and departure.

• The full time service of a licensed Professional Hunter and complete staff services, including trackers, skinners, cooks and camp\lodge assistants.

• Full accommodation including laundry, food and soft drinks

• All ground transport during the safari, including collection and return to the nearest airstrip.

• Field preparation of trophies.

THE DAILY RATE EXCLUDES:

• Commercial flight to Lusaka

• All Charter flights and road transport to camp

• Hotel accommodation before, during and after the contracted safari period

• Visa on arrival US$150

• Safari license and firearm import permit US $900

• Import tax on ammunition US$4 / round

• Government Concession Fee

• Trophy fees – animals harvested or wounded

• Dip, pack, crate and documentation of trophies US$1500 per client
