The Daily Rate includes :
1.) Service of a licenced professional hunter
2.) Services of trackers and skinners
3.) Field preparation of trophies
4.) All motor vehicle travel during the hunt, including collection
and return to the nearest airport
5.) All safari camp accommodation, food, soft drinks, beer and
wine during the hunt
6.) Road transfer from Entebbe to Camp and return 

Not included in the Daily Rate :
1.) Packing, disinfecting and forwarding of trophies
2.) Any tips to safari staff
3.) Airfare to, from and within South Africa and Botswana
4.) Ammunition
5.) Spiritous liquor
6.) Gun Permits $200 per gun
7.) Packing, dipping and export permits.
- Plains game trophies $200 each (Excluding shipping)
- Leopard trophies $500 (Excluding shipping)                        
8.) 17% VAT on Daily Rates
9.) Hunting License $200
10.) Community Fee $350 

All Licences must be purchased prior to the safari. Trophy fees are payable at the end of the hunt.

License fees are payable on the 30 days before the safari and are notrefundable should the trophy not be taken.
